What is a LARAI gift voucher?
A personalized store-credit voucher for LARAI luxury abayas. You choose the amount, we print your name on a beautiful voucher image, and the recipient spends it with us — on WhatsApp or in person at our Ngleshie Amanfro shop.
How do I purchase a voucher?
Fill in the form on our homepage — your name, an optional gift message, the voucher amount, and your WhatsApp number. The form shows the voucher value, any processing fee, and your total before you continue to Paystack.
How do I pay?
Pay securely with Paystack — card or mobile money. The amount charged includes a small processing fee on top of the voucher value; the breakdown is shown on the form and again on your claim page before you pay. Your voucher unlocks automatically once payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
Is there a processing fee?
The amount you choose is the voucher value — what the recipient can spend. A processing fee is added at checkout to cover Paystack payment costs (currently 1.95% for local card and mobile money in Ghana). The full total is shown before you pay.
How does the recipient get the voucher?
After payment is confirmed, your private claim link unlocks a high-resolution voucher image with a unique code. Share it however you like — WhatsApp, email, or in person.
How long is a voucher valid?
Twelve months from the date we confirm your payment. The expiry date is printed on the voucher image.
Can a voucher be used in parts?
Yes. The bearer can spend any amount up to the remaining balance across multiple orders until the credit is fully used or the voucher expires.
How do I redeem a voucher?
You do not need to visit the shop. Send us the voucher image or your claim link on WhatsApp and tell us what you would like — we will apply your credit. Prefer to come in person? You are welcome at our LARAI shop in Ngleshie Amanfro, Accra.
Can I get a cash refund?
Vouchers are store credit and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to help.
What if my payment is not confirmed?
If payment did not go through, return to your claim link and try again. Unpaid voucher requests are automatically cancelled after a few days. Contact us if you were charged but your voucher did not unlock.
Is my claim link secure?
Your claim link is private and unguessable. To view an active voucher image, you also need the last four digits of the WhatsApp number used at purchase.
