1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of gift vouchers (“Vouchers”) offered by LARAI (Luxury Abayas), a business operating in Ngleshie Amanfro, Accra, Ghana(“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a voucher request on our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. What a voucher is

A Voucher is a digital store-credit instrument for LARAI products. It holds a face value in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and entitles the bearer to redeem that credit — in part or in full — with LARAI. A Voucher is not legal tender, a bank account, or a payment card.

3. Purchasing a voucher

• Submitting the online form creates a voucher request. It does not activate the Voucher until we confirm receipt of your payment.
• Payment is made through Paystack — card or mobile money. The amount you choose is the voucher value — what the recipient can spend. A processing fee is added at checkout to cover Paystack payment costs (currently 1.95% for local card and mobile money in Ghana). The full total is shown before you pay. Your voucher unlocks once payment is confirmed.
• Unpaid requests may be automatically cancelled after a defined pending window. A cancelled request cannot be reactivated; you may submit a new request instead.
• The name you provide at purchase is printed on the voucher image. Please ensure it is correct before submitting.

4. Activation and delivery

Once payment is confirmed, your Voucher becomes active and is accessible via a private claim link. Access to the voucher image requires the last four digits of the WhatsApp number used at purchase. You are responsible for keeping your claim link confidential.

5. Validity and redemption

• Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of payment confirmation. The expiry date is printed on the voucher image.
• Redemption is by presenting the voucher image or claim link on WhatsApp, or by visiting our shop in Ngleshie Amanfro, Accra. You do not need to visit the shop to redeem.
• Vouchers may be redeemed in part. Any unused balance remains available until fully spent or until expiry, whichever comes first.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a bank account, or used at any outlet other than LARAI.

6. Lost or stolen vouchers

Treat your claim link and voucher code like cash. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of a Voucher if the claim link or code has been shared. Contact us promptly if you believe your Voucher has been compromised.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Vouchers are non-refundable once activated. If you have not yet paid, you may allow an unpaid request to expire or contact us to cancel it. For disputes regarding payment or activation, contact us on WhatsApp or at laaraifashion0@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use of our voucher service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
